Meet Dr. Mart Erickson

Dr. Mart Erickson has been practicing dentistry in Grants Pass over thirty years since May 1979. He was raised in Fargo, North Dakota, attended North Dakota State University and graduated from University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1975. He then served in the U.S. Army for four years, two years in South Korea and two years in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

After settling in Grants Pass, he married Linn and together they raised three boys Ian, Sten, and Brent. Linn is a hygienist who was raised in the Grants Pass area. All three of his boys chose to pursue careers in dentistry.

Dr. Erickson has had a strong passion for all aspects of dentistry. He was accredited with the Advanced Restorative Certification from F.A.C.E. for advanced training in gnathologic full mouth rehabilitation. This means he has exceptional knowledge and training of restoring your entire mouth. He also has a special interest in implant dentistry, crowns and onlays, cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, periodontal treatment, oral surgery, tissue grafts, and preventive dentistry. Dr. Erickson always has a goal of the best longevity for any treatment as well as beautiful esthetics and good function. He enjoys the blend of engineering principles with the artistry of dentistry in achieving long-lasting solutions to his patients’ various dental problems. He is amazed at the durability of well-done dentistry.
